Why can't i rotate my ships in mission editor?

Some people have been complaining about mission editor when they install v1.3 of shipsim2008. If you have v1.0 of the game, and upgrade to V1.3, you will find that the ships cannot be moved when you place them in editor. There is a simple solution. Follow these steps:

*Upgrade from V1.0 to V1.3. You will find that 1.3 comes with mission editor for free, but the ships won't rotate.
*go to www.shipsim.com and go to "patches"
*download mission editor ON IT'S OWN
*you can now rotate the ships

however this will loose you good facilities. The mission editor of the 1.3 patch contains an UPGRADED mission editor were you can upload your mission directly to the OFFICIAL forum this will not be avilable when you download a mission editor from the patches page.
